Thermally broken threshold with rubber strip to prevent condensation and floor damage. Sill sweep to stop drafts. Heavy duty 1-1/4” painted aluminum storm door mounted with built-in drip cap.

Jamb is white. Both jamb and door are prepped for knob/lockset and deadbolt lock. Hardware is available, sold separately.

**Combination door assemblies are sized by the factory based on the “rough opening” (ie. size of the hole in the wall of the home when you remove the door and jamb assembly).

If the inner door measures 36” x 79-1/2”, when you remove the jamb assembly, the hole in the wall would measure 35-1/2”x81-1/2” and the call size of the combination door assembly would be 38x82.

The storm door on this assembly, if you took it off the hinges, would measure 36x81.

In the mobile home world, doors are "called" by the hinge side as you are standing outside the home:
If the hinges are on the left side, you have a Left-handed Door
If the hinges are on the right side, you have a Right-handed Door
