Store flat on level surface in a space with 25-55% RH and 50°F-90°F.

Allow adequate air circulation. Cover top door with moisture barrier.

Painting prep. Sand the entire surface lightly to remove handling marks, raised grain, undesirable blemishes with 150-220 grit sand-paper.

Clean the door with a mix of 50/50 Denatured alcohol and water.

Consider a water-based alkyd enamel top coat (paint). A quality finish is achieved with a minimum of two coats.

All six sides of the door must be sealed.
